Born and raised in Basti, Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Singh’s early life was shaped by his humble beginnings and the values instilled by his family. He lost his father, a teacher, at a young age, but was guided by his strong-willed mother, who encouraged him to be independent and take responsibility for his future. Her belief in the power of education deeply influenced his life, motivating him to pursue higher goals. Mr. Singh's academic journey began in the primary schools of his village, and after moving to the city for further education, he earned his degree in Arts from Allahabad University. His mother’s insistence on the importance of education led him to clear India’s toughest competitive exam and enter the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1983. Over the next three decades, he served the nation as an IAS officer, earning immense respect for his leadership and vision.
