CEO’s Message

Dear Students, Faculty, Parents, and Community Members,

It is an honour to address you as the CEO of the Karmadevi Group of Institutions, Basti. Having spent nearly 20 years in the United Kingdom, pursuing higher education at the University of East London and the Said School of Business, University of Oxford, and working in the financial services industry for esteemed banks like Barclays and Close Premium Finance, I felt a compelling call to return to my roots. A few years ago, I made the journey back to India with a vision to contribute to the place that first nurtured my aspirations and dreams.

Since joining the Karmadevi Group of Institutions, I have been inspired daily by the resilience and potential of our students. Our mission is to create an environment that not only upholds the highest standards of academic excellence but also emphasizes holistic development. We strive to ensure that children from Basti and neighbouring areas receive quality education that empowers them to become well-rounded individuals ready to face the challenges of the future.

At Karmadevi, we are deeply committed to providing opportunities that extend beyond the classroom. We nurture critical thinking, creativity, and strong moral values, equipping our students with the tools they need for lifelong success. I am especially proud of our initiatives to integrate global learning experiences, such as workshops led by MIT faculty and seminars focused on enhancing communication skills with an ex-BBC radio director.

As an ardent believer in women's empowerment, I am dedicated to ensuring that our institution champions equality and fosters an environment where every girl feels empowered to pursue her dreams. Supporting local charities and community upliftment initiatives has further reinforced our role as not just an educational institution, but a vital part of the community fabric.

The journey we are on is one of continuous learning, adaptation, and growth. With the support of our devoted faculty, diligent students, and encouraging parents, we are poised to build a future where education transcends traditional boundaries and touches every corner of society.
