Chairman Karma Devi group is a man with the vision to change millions of lives for a better tomorrow by education and education only. He was born in Basti, Uttar Pradesh, India and graduated with an Artsdegree from Allahabad University. His early education was in “Primary Schools” at his parental village and then he moved to city for the further education. Having lost his father, who was a teacherinearly years of his life, he was raised by a very strong-willedmother. She encouraged him to be independent and take the responsibility of his own future and this has been his inspiration all his life. Her believe in education inspired him to have higher goals and bigger visions. He qualified the toughest exam in the country and started his journey as a Civil Servant in the year of 1983. He served our country as an IAS Officer (Indian Administrative Services) for over three decades and currently isa member of UPSSSC ensuring the best and the brightest gets to serve for sturdy and progressive government system.
Mr. Om Narayan Singh, a man of humble origins with even humbler demeanour, besides his achievements, has taken another step towards the amelioration of the rural areas of the region. Having to follow the footsteps of his father and with the impact of good education on his own life journey, he embarks upon a new journey in the next phase of his life as an educator. Platform provided by Karmadevi Group of Institutions will enable the students to stay closer to their homes without having to compromising the quality required for professional education and allowing them to fulfil their aspiration.

Founder Secretary & Chief Managing Trustee and the heart behind the group is Mrs. Neeta Singh. Education has many aspects, and our secretary is the one who promotes humanity, kindness, unity, love and carebeyond the boundaries of society. She is a passionate and caring leader who has shaped the institute with compassion, humility, and empathy.
She keeps her communal and social responsibilities at highest priority. Under her guidance the institute runs free “Adult Education” and free skill programs for under privilege women.Her work in “Sawachcha Bharta Abhiyan”(Clean India) and “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” (Save and Educate Girl Child)has been honoured and awarded for many years.
She is a true practitioner of “giving back to the society” has enable many of less privilege people to receive better schooling, academia, housing, food, employment, and more so medical care. Her little to less indulgent attitude is promoted and practise in her “Non -profitable”. She may have given birth to three daughters, but she surely is mother to many. Her simplicity and believe in “pride in once heritage” is one of the pillars the institute function upon.

Brigadier Raj Dev Singh (Indian Army) has served our country for 35 years and his dedication and contribution to the cause is incomparable. Brig. Singhis an Engineering graduate and studied Engineering mechanical electrical and electronics at Military College of Electronics & Mechanical Engineering. He is a war veteran and delt with operations and strategies and worked his way to Head of Administration and then served the country as Deputy Director General of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.
During his career in armed forces, he has undertaken various roles and responsibilities from training to HR, management, administration, logistics, project management and strategy. In his 35 years of services, he has received medals and many awards for his exemplary services.
Post his retirement he joined“DenikJagaran” as C.E.O., Managing Director“Utter PrageshPurvaSainik Kalyan Nigan”, Director “Surya Group of Institutions”, Vice Chancellor “Pratap University, Jaipur”. Hewas Also appointed as Chairman&Minister of State (Rajya Sabha)Utter Pradesh PurvaSainik Kalyan Nigamby the Govt of Uttar Pradesh.
After 10 years of impowering education, his ideology meets a vision. Ms. Anshu Gautam, has earned her B.A. in psychology and an M.B.A and PGD in finance and operations from leading universities such as Oxford, University of East London, University of Coventry, Chartered Management Instituteand has 13 years of rich experience in the field of finance, operations, and quality assurance. She completed her higher education and work experience in England and has successfully held managerial level positions in companies such as Barclays Bank, Close Brothers Bank, Pentasia Recruitment and University of Coventry.
After spending 18 years in England and traveling around the globe, Anshu Gautam decided to return to her roots and her belief in importance of education lead her to start working in the education sector. Ms. Gautam joined the KD group as operation and strategy consultant in the year 2016 and was elected as C.E.O. and Director of operation and strategy by the board in year 2019. She is a big advocate of “Social Justice”, “Women Empowerment” with “Right to Equality” and under her leadership various institutes of KD Group have seen over 70% growth in securing professional programmes and placement in government and private sector with collaboration from international academics and speakers. She feels deeply passionate about various non-profit and community enhancement programmes run by KD Group and is responsible for managing KD Group’s CSR activities. She is also in-charge of managing international collaborations and KD Group’s radio station.She has a wealth of experience of driving and leading cross functional teams to deliver value to clients. A firm believer in continues learning, she is currently pursuing an executive leadership programme from Oxford University.
